I purchased IVY BOT on Oct 4 and downloaded the program on the 5th in the AM.. TODAY my account has yet to make its first trade and their customer service is abysmal.. I have attempted on about 6 occasions to email them and each time my email was returned as undelieverable due to full mail box…I also went through their site where they issue tickets and each time i entered a ticket number for customer service and cllicked on submit tab nothing happened……….warning, they are very suspect..
